Amenities at Heron Pointe include indoor and outdoor pools, a whirlpool and sauna, private screened porches, and washer and dryer in each unit. Situated near the Apache Pier, various golf courses, and the famed Restaurant Row of Myrtle Beach, this condominium community offers easy access to the heart of restaurants in Myrtle Beach, golf, entertainment and shopping. We will gladly refund your reservation deposit less a USD 50.00 cancellation fee if you cancel at least 21 days prior to your arrival date. Check-in is located at the Grand Strand Vacations and Rentals office at Pelicans Landing- 9581 Shore Drive, Myrtle Beach, SC. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. There is a cleaning fee of USD 100 to be charged at check-in. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. We cannot guarantee a 4pm check-in due to unforeseen circumstances such as excessive cleaning and/or maintenance. Please check-in at the Grand Strand Vacations and Rentals office at Pelicans Landing- 9581 Shore Drive in Myrtle Beach. Min. age at check-in is 25. The office closes at 5pm.
