Residence Inn by Marriott is designed to make you feel at home for a day, a week, a month or more. Our suites give you fifty percent more space than most traditional hotel rooms. The Residence Inn North Charleston is located adjacent to the Carolina Ice Palace and Northwoods Mall. Downtown Charleston is twelve miles south of the hotel. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable cleaning fee of USD 75 for studios and USD 100 for penthouse suites.

Free high speed Internet access is available in all suites with wireless service in meeting space and public areas of the hotel. Studios are large open rooms with either one queen bed or two double beds, full bath and furnished living/dining area. Some studios also have a fireplace. Penthouse suites are bilevel units with one queen bed and full bath in lofted bedroom and one double Murphy (pulldown) bed, full bath and furnished living room with dining area and fireplace on the main level. All accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, cooking and eating utensilds, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker. A complimentary hot breakfast buffet is served daily including breads and pastries, cereals and hot oatmeal, eggs fruits and juices, hot and cold beverages, waffles and yogurt.
