Hadassah's specialties range from traditional dishes to contemporary fare including: fresh-baked breads and homemade preserves, traditional challah, asparagus and shiitake mushroom puff pastry, creative salads, plump roast chicken with pistachio and dried-fruit stuffing, mustard crusted roast beef, and delectable desserts.
